While we're pouring salt into the wounds of Mets fans, how's your analysis of the Beltran/Granderson contracts holding up these days. lol?

I've said it before: 2015 was an exceptional year for the Mets. Not much didn't fall into place for them, TC's management notwithstanding. Expecting the magic 2 seasons in a row was always going to lead to a lot of ifs, except fors and buts.

At one game over .500, even a WC is a pretty optimistic call for the Mets. The way things are going, they might be lucky to finish with a better record than the Phillies.
