No when I say the company is dumping shares I mean that they issued a pile of shares to someone who gave them an amount of money for funding. Now that could either be legitmate money for business use or it could have been for personal gains. Who knows.

However, when someone gives $5000 and gets 10 million shares (hypothetical) that puts them at a I don't care where I sell position. They will profit heavily no matter what at this point.
