Agreed , if they issued in that manner then yes that entity wouldn't care, I believe they may have sold some shares for financing to move ahead with larger orders for distribution....in my opinion, announcement of even a good regional distribution, this becomes a .05-.25 stock, that's what I've been looking for , shirts and stuff are nice, but a distributor agreement for a multitude of stores will change the face of kgkg for ever, and I believe we're close...with larger sales, the need to sell shares is gone....
