I would disagree to some extent, if one of the holders of a really big position needed money but didn't want to trash the over pps by running bid way down, they would move a big block when the bid action supported it (they wouldn't want to walk it way down and keep whacking which would screw everyone else over) point in case, on last rally I sold 400000 at .01 when bid support came in at over 1000000 shares at .01...I could use the money and wouldn't trash the bid as I was not wiping out the whole thing....my only point being, it's not always the company dumping shares
