I have different feelings about Ferris. I am not a supporter of his leadership as he made it clear two years ago he find a way to get his say. Well that's now happening. He's stripping my right to vote my shares.

Please tell me another company that has done what Ferris is proposing? I am 60 years old and have been investing (wagering) in garbage for a long time. I have never seen this type of move.
