Weo1998 I cannot purport to speak for Ferris as only he knows his intentions. What I have learned in 30 years of practice is that a leopard doesn't change his spots. Ferris has been unwaveringly stalwart in his methodical evolution of VirTra without using the company's treasury. I expect this type of behavior will continue.

On another note -- I do not know many pink sheet companies that have shareholder meetings -- let alone those that solicit proxies!!!! All of the negative speculation just doesn't jive with the history.
