Gregg, in theory you are correct, unfortunately if this passes, you will have no say and will have to accept their decisions. As an inventor, my hat's off to Ferris. As a CEO, you have a dictator who will do what is best for himself in my opinion. That doesn't mean it's in the best interest of shareholders
