KauaiPI, I had the same question so I e-mailed Steve.
This is his reply.
"VirTra Manufacturing Corporation is a d/b/a of Virtra Merger Corporation - however, the name "salad" is not germane to the deal per se, but is the name I have been instructed to use going forward."
