if the "merger" is imminent why add to the BOD at tnis time?? I would think that the new partners would want some people on the BOD

Now it is MY turn for the *next* "dumb" question... what is the "VirTra Manufacturing Corporation" the General is speaking of?

Combined with our intentions to acquire VirTra Manufacturing Corporation, I have every confidence of our success
