The key now is what can they do to get the focus off of Nokia.

with 12 million shares worth of spotlight shining brightly on us now, with shares moving from the weak hands to the strong hands, and with the shorts covering (hopefully), there is no better time to unleash a litany of positive news items, even one for that matter, that redirects the investment community regarding the future of idcc, not just the settling of the past.........is it completely out of the question that a 3G agreement, out of left field, could happen with one of the big dogs, like a 3G licensing agreement with ericcson?

does the delay in an outcome with nokia put the entire licensing strategy on hold until nokia gets resolved?
