It did rather seem like they were fully expecting this arbitration. Almost like this is what we(IDCC) do what else did you expect. Reminding us that we are in the business of negotiating, which explains his satisfaction with the clause. Looking back a cannot believe I ever considered anything else. The key now is what can they do to get the focus off of Nokia.....Samsung maybe? Anyone else hear laughing just before the start....could be the most revealing part of the call.
