It is very obvious reading through the court documents that Adam S Tracy is giving the SEC the run around because he has something to hide.

Beyond obvious. It must be rather embarrassing to be his attorney. The question now is whether he wrote all those S-1s on his own, or at someone's bidding. In the John Briner-Diane Dalmy and Asher Zwebner-Jehu Hand cases, Briner and Zwebner controlled the shells that were created, though their names never appeared in the relevant documents. If there's someone behind Tracy, I'm sure that's one of the things he's trying to hide.

It is interesting the timing of some of his hijacked shells running like GOFF, TRON, and LOTE considering the serious serious issues that Adam S Tracy is now facing.

I don't think there's a direct link. Tracy's been advertising his hijacked shells online. But that seems to be a fairly recent development; the earliest list I've seen is from April first. Penny players are aware of them, and have been following along, jumping on the ones he's succeeded in selling. It's similar to the fad for "reinstatement plays" of a year or so ago. And as with those reinstatement plays, the stock runs largely as a self-fulfilling prophecy.

For what it's worth, Jehu Hand, like Tracy, wrote S-1s and also hijacked dormant Nevada shells.

Stockmasterflash brought something interesting to my attention. Back in 2015, Scott Sand's Ingen hired Tracy to try to persuade DTC to lift the global lock it had placed on IGNT. In 2010, Sand and Ingen had been sued by the SEC in connection with a kickback scheme, and a year later, Sand went to prison for the same offense.

Tracy's engagement letter suggests he needed business at the time. He's to be paid in stock, and won't be paid at all unless DTC removes the lock (which, in the end, it did not do):

Most attorneys expect to be paid for the work they do, regardless of its ultimate success. Why was Tracy willing to take this job on spec? Was some broader relationship with Sand and Tilden contemplated?

Also, IGNT is a Georgia company. Tracy is being investigated in Atlanta. Is there some kind of connection, or is that just a coincidence? Sonant Communications, the only company named in the SEC's pleadings, is a Wyoming company located in Florida. Tracy himself lives in a Chicago suburb...
