Question, why would Pegatron sign an
agreement in like that in the first place? It seems like buyers remorse
that they are stuck with concerning
patent use. I am concerned with
respect given IDCC as a supposed
leader in cell communication that
users think they can bypass our
contributions to the industry. I dont
think that others like QCOM have to
put up with challenges like this, what
is wrong here? We should have
licencees that understand what they
are using from the agreements they
make.
