zombywolf/Ia-idcc-fan: I can't say with certainty what the Pegatron license term is; however, IDCC has written running royalty contracts with the license terminating upon the expiration of the last to expire patent covered by the license. I believe this might be the situation with Pegatron. In one of their court filings, Pegatron made the following statement which would indicate a long term agreement;
