What you are saying has merits, but only if they came out with LOI, but if it's straight to good stuff (merger) then it will open at whatever the market thinks they can open it at. Kind of like an IPO, lets say if it opens at 0.50 then buying pressure will probably take it all the way up to 1-2 and then the value of Klean will come into play after everything is said and done, then the market will adjust the price accordingly, maybe up, maybe down at that point. But I think it's going to be significantly up.
