IF the Deal goes down for ASUV ...I seriously doubt that the Stock would Open @ a Dollar or anywhere near that...I think it would open near to where it closed previous Day...

There could be mad buying ..Gapping it up ...but it also may do Nothing until there is some News released as to the Value of Klean ... which if very high would initiate the buying due to the incongruence btwn the current pps and what the Market/Street thinks the FMV should be...!!
