Forget the letter of intent..this is not some chinese company out of the blue sending a fax to jamie mann with a dollar amount offer, saying "sign here"...the thoughts are this is a deal that is well in the works....they know every detail...it just has to be announced..no letter of intent..because if its happening its a done deal...these guys started klean together.....mann and klink. they are directors in each others companies....
