LOLOL!! its not a claim, it is a FACT! All, each and every one, of WAWA Walthers hair brained claims was thrown out of Federal court precisely because there was no evidence ... as in NONE.

This goofy theory that evidence was being withheld from the Federal case to be used in the State case is beyond bizarre! There is not one logical point to it. Everyday, for more than a year, MW and cabal prattled on about how they were assured of winning $3.5 Million$. What a farce!

There is no evidence. There never was any evidence. I assure you if I had evidence against some company WHICH WOULD WIN ME $3 1/2 MILLION$, i wouldn't hide it because I had another suit pending. There is no legal rule that says evidence can only be used once. What did MW think that once he used the evidence it would no longer be admissible in court? lololol
