That's absurd! Judge Ungora used the term "smuggling." It is beyond belief that Mr. Chester acted without his clients knowledge /approval. Typical cry baby Walther's nonsense. Always blame things on someone else, its never his fault. Now you know why he is known as WAWA.

I'm sure Mr. Chester will be delighted that Walther has now decided that he will be thrown under the bus. lolol

And BTW, "smuggling" in a claim is not, repeat NOT, "a tactic used all the time." It is not even used frequently or occasionally. It is very rare indeed and caught Ungora's clerks by surprise and went right over their heads. but the Judge herself is not so easily made a fool .. and she caught it immediately.

Only a crook at heart would try to smuggle something past a Judge. Walther has no respect for anyone or anything. I am going to delight in the day when WAWA turns on those who lent him money in order to try to save his own wretched carcass.
