So you don't expect them to file another patent infringement suit any time soon? That in itself will make this pop. I won't speculate on the 10q because it is just that, speculation. But I am confident that they will announce another suit and I am confident it will move higher on that news. If this stock was selling at a market cap of $20 million then I could understand your pessimism even though I would not necessarily agree but when the market cap is $2 million then it leaves quite a bit of room on the upside with no dilution.
