How do they do this? Sell to each other at unreal low prices by timing their orders and routing/exchanges very closely, then divvying up the money privately, so none of them really loses by selling too cheap, but they accomplish getting many more shares dirt cheap by scaring retail investors? I'm fascinated how these schemes are accomplished, bc i know they do happen. Would a potential buyer of the company have motive to crash the stock price?
