I don't think anyone can question the viability of the patent suit considering Microsoft settled. It is a bashing argument that simply won't hold water. I don't believe that MSFT is in the business of buying a company for the sole purpose of suing infringements of prior patents. I also agree with another poster who suggested that Mark may have a firm number in his mind as to what he believes the company is worth. There are many variables going forward. Other companies may not settle as quickly as Microsoft did but the fact that Microsoft did settle suggests to me that it is viable and makes this ultimately undervalued for that reason. But I also know in pinkville that things can get even more undervalued before slingshoting up which is why I will be making my purchases very carefully. If someone's timing had been good entering and exiting this stock in the last six months they could have turned a thousand dollars into a million$. Doubt anyone has done it but I am certain there has been some serious money made on this ticker on both sides of the trade.
