David Patch himself has claimed to have sunk close to a million into Jag Media.

I very much doubt that Patchie ever had a million bux to invest in anything. I'm sure he lost something, though; he never did understand that Jag was a scam and Valinoti was a crook.

He probably still doesn't Get It.
