That is what I have been trying to say and all I get back is GDSI can waive any clause they want to so Ronton has no legal ground to terminate at all ever, regardless what may happen Ronton can not terminate only GDSI can LoL

I been saying we dont know what Ronton thinks they have but I would bet counsel has advised them on whatever the issue may be.

The real deal anyway is what shareholder and would have been buyers sentiment be to the 8k.

The posters on this forum only equate to a small fraction of the shareholder base in GDSI.

I suspect would have been buyers are now watchers, and there will be sellers the deal is if the sellers outweigh buyers it falls in price.

Pre open level 2 may well tell the story tomorrow.

I cancelled a fishing trip for tomorrow morning because I think a chance for a flip may happen tomorrow.

I could see a decline then some panic selling taking it down pretty good then a rebound nicely only to fall again as those traders take the daytrading profits :)
