In fact I did read the whole contract agreement. Basically it was inconclusive, other than stating that either party must agree jointly and/or have just cause for dissolving the agreement.

The point being, RONTAN obviously feels they have just cause for backing out. Without knowing exactly what that cause purports to be, we are all just speculating here and offering our opinions.

And you, having alluded to a legal background, should be the first to realize this. I don't know how anyone could offer a legal opinion without knowing all the facts (including myself).

However, logic says that no company would attempt to any legal maneuver without having some cause and/or strategy to proceed.

Obviously, RONTAN feels they do and GDSI is in a legal position to defend themselves from that.

The only real question here is whether RONTAN has just cause. And only the litigants have relative information to that.

WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
