It is somewhat amusing to me to hear that RONTAN is so foolish as to sign a purported one sided contract and are at the mercy of Sullivan and GDSI. If that were the case, RONTAN legal advisors would tell them so, to avoid wasting any money due them
Think about this. RONTAN continuously receives contract proposals from prospective customers. You mean to tell me that they are neophytes when it comes to contract agreements, negotiations and protecting themselves from being blind sided?
UMMM, I think not!!
Contract review is BUSINESS 101. And no successful business would enter into an agreement that would not allow for renegotiation and/or dissolution. In corporate contract law, there is no such thing as an ironclad contract. Contract law is so complex, it just does not allow for that.
