Wrong again. TPAC is not a manufacturing facility. They do not make bearings. They assemble bearings. They dont even do their own packaging.

The A/S is not the same its now 5 million preferred shares higher. Thats equates to 5 trillion common shares

As for NAVAIR I can only go by the information they have provided. It clearly states that the manufacturing process must remain at one location from start to finish. Maybe Bill found some loophole around that.
