I can't respond to all of your points because I don't have the information but I can say that the PO is for a bearing made by TPAC. It doesn't matter who designed the bearing. What matters is who made it. Where does TPAC say that they designed the bearing? You seem to be hung up on who designed it. It doesn't matter.

The A/S is the same as it has been for quite some time; 4.5 billion shares. That number didn't increase or decrease.

TPAC is definitely not required to control 100% of the production and assembly process "Under 1 Roof". That is nowhere in the spec. Nobody would be able to do that. The aerospace industry is comprised of a whole lot of little shops doing a whole lot of specialized work from heat treat to plating to non-destructive testing to shot peening to gun drilling to threading to painting and the list goes on. NOBODY does all of those operations at all, much less under one roof. They send them out for processing. The SAE spec is quite clear. TPAC is required to do liner installation and assembly at one location. The spec says that all other work can be done elsewhere. So your comment is just not factually accurate. I am sure you believe that it is true, but it isn't. If that were a requirement for everyone there would be no airplanes.
