Because it's common knowledge that Tweed has a pathetic product. They do however do a great job at marketing. Which is not allowed as per HC directive. Tweed has about 15k customers on paper. 90% of them don't even buy tweed product. They buy off the street or dispensaries. Too bad tweed can't charge membership fees. "Better" by tweed does a great job at bringing in clientele. But the poor quality product makes them not want to stick around. Supreme will have a reputation for having quality affordable bud. Albeit they are late to the game.
