Obviously shareholders "help them out" by funding operations through stock purchases. That has been based on trusting that information shared from the company is true. SEC seems to have uncovered what we all knew but didn't think was illegal (except the non-registration of shares being sold). Soon we'll see whether FDA will approve OTC for Actipatch regardless of SEC charges against the directors. I agree that Biel owes shareholders a financial update if they are to maintain confidence.
