If "Biel is at the stage_where_it_can_fund_itself,"

Why did they increase the A/S to 15 billion?

Why hasn't "Andy" explained this A/S increase to shareholders? The last financial report (3rd Qtr 2015) said the A/S is 10 billion. Increasing the A/S from 10 billion to 15 billion in one quarter is kind of a big deal. Yet there has been no communication to shareholders about this increase. Why keep shareholders in the dark about it?

Shareholders wouldn't even KNOW about it if investors weren't constantly searching the internet for things that BIEL is hiding. Like the SEC Administrative Order -- if investors weren't constantly searching for all things BIEL and revealing them on this message board, when was "Andy" going to disclose this SEC Action?

Quote: "Also, shareholders are willing to help them out just like they did for many years." What does THAT mean? How do shareholders "help them out?"
