A customer pushing one button on his phone and calling a rep who knows his company and his needs will still be way more efficient. The wheel doesn't need to be re-invented. did the cell phone make that interaction more efficient? Absolutely. Has other technology made the interaction between customers and vendors more efficient? Absolutely. Will technology replace that interaction in the staffing world. No, I seriously doubt it. And I've been doing it for a looooong time.Yes as you say, customers will choose whether to use the app or not. I'm betting on the "not"
