So ZERO Current SEC 10K....Ok thanks



The S1 carries more weight with the SEC than a 10K. It is more comprehensive and has more detail regarding the company's securities transactions. ESCU is filing an S1 because of it's aim to register shares for a private offering.

A simple link proving SEC 10K filings were done past 2009 is Unavailable Huh
