He would be supporting trade volume without actually be influencing the price.
The price would be "at the market" as this criteria is only volume based.
Really kind of elegant solution.
Higher volume would entail
larger buybacks based on his percentage
allowed.
This supports the market he kick-started
with his personal buy back.
