I believe that this CEO is not going
just buy. Then that sets a price that the market jumps all over.
Low daily volume may be the trigger.
This is an impatient group of traders
If the volume is low he buys at ask, he sets a price at that point and increased volume moves him away from that trigger.
It would confound the flippers.
Just my opinion
