Walknman, let's try to get some computers working. I only have 15 posts and I'll be in and out today but I'll try my best to get you going.

Let's take the computers one at a time. First a few questions....

What make and model computer are we starting with?

Can you describe in as much detail as possible, the problem(s) you are experiencing with that computer?

Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.

Good DD IS finding out what the company and CEO do NOT want you to know.
