Nice twist but missing and twisted facts. First, PV has no case from day 1. As Martin states "Perry Mason" couldn't help.

2nd, the counter was not dismissed bcs it was "baseless" it was simply stated JS would not be included in the counter. This counter CAN be re filed but not with JS.

None (zero, zilch, nix, nada, net... ) has any bearing on the state counter claim. Three reasons. 1. Hard evidence; 2. Confessions of the boot boys (which the BB Cabal fails to acknowledge and is a documented fact): and 3. Omissions by the BB's why the case went to federal court. "We're losing in the state case." Word for word.

Duh! If your losing in the state case what makes you think your gonna win in the federal case (as the noose tightens around their necks).

2. MW and Ifus goes forced bk...not!
3. MW and Ifus go voluntary bk...not!
4. The fed case is a RICO case? Means law enforcement has to be involved. ....not! No police, no prosecutor.... Miami State is calling
