Good point. PV didn't even have basic qualified representation. He failed to call upon witnesses who were willing and able to assist. He even failed to take depositions from those with first hand knowledge. Result: he lost.

Energy Supreme has top flight representation. Logically, they've already won. Because IFUS/MW/SE/et al were unable to bring forth any witnesses or evidence to establish to the courts satisfaction that any of the counterclaims had at least enough merit to be adjudicated. They were thrown out by the Judge, summarily dismissed as meritless.

The problem for MW is that the evidence needed to establish the worthiness of the claims is the same evidence that will be needed to defend the RICO suit. So, I ask, if he didn't have it or couldn't produce it in an attempt to make $3,500,000.00, why would anyone think he will have it and produce it to save a lousy $250,000.00 + costs?
