On Friday most here expected the tock to go up again today. Some here were also expecting a Co PR which did come to fruition albeit the subject matter was unexpected. But as we saw the price went unexpectedly down yet only silence as opposed to Friday when the discussion was fierce. So why the silence, does it concern you that the market wasn't viewing the PR in a positive manner, it bothered me.
I will unequivocally state most of NWBO's PRS are written poorly, vaguely and sparse on detail.

I typically have more questions after I read most of the minimal PR's that the Co. puts out.
