Suuposedly "there is so much evidence" against the boot bros! - NOT! (How much do you need when they confessed! This is AFTR they were confronted with the evidence, proving there's no escape)
Supposedly "the noose is tightening" around their necks! - NOT! (I think your forgetting something. Re read ALL the docs and see)

Here is the legal reality for Walthers & cabal:
A) JS was actually DROPPED from the lawsuit! (Yes, but the judge stated it can be re filed without him AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL)
B)SA was actually DROPPED from the Lawsuit! (Actually he was not)
C) The "BOOT" brothers were actually dropped from lawsuit! (Wrong again, better read the file again. Confusing the federal and state cases)
D) The $3.5 million claim was actually DROPPED from the lawsuit! (mixed cases again....state and federal)
On Wednesday the 20th of January 2016 "ALL" (that's correct 100%) of the counterclaims as filed by MW and IFUS against the boot brothers were ACTUALLY DISMISSED! (Better re read the judge's comments, they can be re filed but without JS)
On the other hand;
1) IFUS is Still being sued (Yep and soon to be dismissed. Here's what's inevitable. The boot boys will not show up for the federal case....yawn....wonder why. Plaintiff's case dropped)
2) Supreme Energy is Still being sued. (In state case, to go to trial in March)
3) MW is Still being sued. (same as 2)
Just maybe, after the Federal case is over -- MW will then face the SEC and the DOJ ... MAYBE even some PERJURY charges!!! (My family works for the gov't and there's no way....no charges to be filed. If they really had anything on MW, it would have been filed. With the behavior of the boot boys....it would have been filed, posted......yet...it's NOT!)
FEBRUARY should be a blast / especially for the SMUGGLER!!!
JS and SA are far from finished. They are just getting started. Unfortunately for the shareholders, IFUS has been rendered totally irrelevant in the feed industry. Charlatans and narcissists make really, really bad business people. (JS is going to jail for beating women...March; SA has been in front of the grand jury, many many charges pending....he's soon to be a jail bird or witness protection)

They stated in their depositions "Q to SA: why did you file in Federal Court if you have a State case in progress? SA Answer: we're losing in the state case." Same Q and same Q from SA when the judge asked...you can't make this stuff up!
