How Bizarre! here are the facts:

Suuposedly "there is so much evidence" against the boot bros! - NOT!
Supposedly "the noose is tightening" around their necks! - NOT!
"THE Boot brothers are desperate"! -NOT!

Here is the legal reality for Walthers & cabal:

A) JS was actually DROPPED from the lawsuit!

B)SA was actually DROPPED from the Lawsuit!

C) The "BOOT" brothers were actually dropped from lawsuit!

D) The $3.5 million claim was actually DROPPED from the lawsuit!

On Wednesday the 20th of January 2016 "ALL" (that's correct 100%) of the counterclaims as filed by MW and IFUS against the boot brothers were ACTUALLY DISMISSED!


On the other hand;

1) IFUS is Still being sued

2) Supreme Energy is Still being sued.

3) MW is Still being sued.

Just maybe, after the Federal case is over -- MW will then face the SEC and the DOJ ... MAYBE even some PERJURY charges!!!

FEBRUARY should be a blast / especially for the SMUGGLER!!!

JS and SA are far from finished. They are just getting started. Unfortunately for the shareholders, IFUS has been rendered totally irrelevant in the feed industry. Charlatans and narcissists make really, really bad business people.
