Well,
If after all things said and done if they have done a tech comparison between what they were working on vs what new tech algorithm they came up with
Like you always said first to market wins and if they being TMMI realized that the new direction was more superior thus it only would make smart business sense to stop putting all your funds in a direction you no longer are heading
Tech is a exspensive venture and let's face it tech does improve each day and TMMi just happened to have to make the change
I still question management but at least now we as share holders know what it is we are dealing with and it no longer involves a law suit
