LOL why would you think it no longer involves a lawsuit? There is no indication of a settlement. TMM has filed a surrender and admitted all four versions of its lawsuit were bogus, which is fine and true to that point.

However, TMM and almost everyone connected with it continues to be sued for multiple crimes and now I think we can safely move the chances of TMM losing from 99% to a full 100% chance given their admissions. That cant be good news for TMM can it?

You posted: "at least now we as share holders know what it is we are dealing with"

Unfortunately we don't know what we are dealing with. We don't know if the new algorithm is standards based, open sourced, or governed by MPEGLA. We don't know why they left fractals after spending over $5.3 million developing it, add in another $1.2+ million in a now withdrawn lawsuit to protect that investment and it appears we are left with nothing other than five applied for utility patents. There can't be that much money left in the bank and I'm sure settling lawyers payments will quash most of that.

The PR said that a lot of companies were sub-licensing our current technology. What in the world is a sub-license? I think it means it is in beta testing but I'm guessing here.

This is typical of TMMI's PRs. They birth more questions than they answer.
