Interesting posts about assets. You two are right. There are none. They will write off close to $7 million on codec development and legal costs. Dismissing this suit and jettisoning the touted TRUDEF technology in one fell sweep just doesn't make sense. I thought one of these guys was a financial guy (Kazole?).

Just imagine....initiating one lawsuit and then amending it three times (no costs there)just to dismiss it when it was five months from court time. They must have finally done some due diligence on this matter and found out what some of us were telling them was the actual truth. Do I feel good about this? NO!

They need to be voted out ASAP for this scenario that we shareholders now find ourselves in. I would think that the large private placement holders can't be very happy with this recent turn of events.

I wonder what the new website's going to say now that they have realized they couldn't get fractals to work. I'm becoming a Dimension follower because they haven't given up on fractal technology. Fractals will (if someone cracks the code) be a disruptive technology.

I feel sad for the "first to market" gloaters. Unfortunately they just found out they were shopping in the wrong store.
