Mr. Hopeful,

Yahoo is notorious for inaccuracies. I never trust their numbers and look for corroboration elsewhere. NASD is usually the place I start for in-depth searches.

Regardless, PUGE is in debt for far more than any amount represented by the float, I think---but I'm unclear as to what the total consolidated debt level is.

This is something we won't know until CEO Burckhardt addresses the matter and we will then have greater clarity.
