TD Ameritrade which I use states about 81 mil outstanding. Is there a real figure or is everything speculative. What does NASD say is outstanding??????}

I agree with Mr. Jugs. We need to know what Mr. Burkhardt and Mr. Jaspers considers the consolidated debt to be. A To Be, or Not to Be kinda thing..... if you will.
