Just to let people know that I am a free member here and therefore can not reply to PMs.

I also need to protect my family member's privacy so can not email people nor join the facebook page, as both would give my personal details and by default, my family member's (as I have mentioned in a previous post we have the same, not very common, surname). So please do not take it personally.

I will let you know what I can but again remind that I can only comment on my personal observations of my family member and have no insights to the company\s activities, trial results or other patients' progress.

We did meet other patients during the initial drug administration (part A) but everyone now has their own medication and only go on for tests as required.

Are we seeing massive changes? No. But we are noticing more and more small signs. Firstly there has definitely been no decline, which was starting to accelerate before the trial. Also the physical changes (more steady and upright) and this person is one of the older trial participants, though a very fit 2-3 golf games a week one. Now I am starting to notice better recollection of names and details. For example, they could not remember my birthdate (which is on a significant day and so was easy to remember) but the other day they correctly gave the date.
