Im not sure any company can just claim FDA approval. You would think that would be a huge SEC violation and they would be in big doo doo if it was ever brought to the attention of the SEC. The C.E.O. Ben would have to have brass walnuts to be throwing out "FDA Approval" in a P.R., just my two cents
