1. Because they were not unforeseen at that time. We were presented with new problems that needed attention.
2. I am still working on the funding for that and was able to meet up with Second Sun at the Vegas conference.
3. I can't go into the reasons why there were repetitive delays, but there were and they were not evident along the way that we would be having them. "That's business", as they say. Hence why we made the statements at that time we made them. But, it remains true we are about to file the S1 as stated earlier and I have every reason to believe that we are getting outside of the last roadblock in our path.
