A few questions, please answer publicly:

-On Jan 20, 2015 FLP entered a contract with GPS, La Vita, Inc. allotting 5 acres for their immediate grow facilities.

One year ago, it was stated that GPS, La Vita, Inc. was allocating 5 acres for their immediate grow facilities. Given what we know now about all the "unforeseen" circumstances, how was it possible to even MAKE that claim one year ago unless it was purely for deceptive reasons?

-FutureLand has a LOI with Second Sun Grow to partner on a deal in Oregon. The proposed deal involves cultivation centers, dispensaries and entertainment venues.

What has become of this deal?

-Dividend shares are restricted. Shares will be deposited into the shareholders account until such time the Company gets clearance from SEC. When cleared, the (restricted) shares in the shareholders account will become free trading hence tradable. Company is in the later stages of the preparation of the S1 to be filed with SEC.

Several times it was stated that the preparation of the S1 was in the latter stages...in this instance it was stated nearly 6 months ago, yet you are admittedly no where near filing the S1. How was, such a claim at the time, even reasonable if you KNEW then that there were delays? Again, unless it was purely for deceptive reasons?
